Chad is a landlocked country in central Africa, rich in oil resources but with a weak industrial base. Oil was discovered there half a century ago, yet the history of Chad truly achieving "energy independence" and "shaking off imported fuel" belongs to the last decade — and it was China's petroleum workers who made it happen. China-Chad oil cooperation has produced many achievements, notably enabling Chad to become self-sufficient in refined products.
Thanks to its outstanding quality and performance, JJC's Iron Roughneck was selected and will travel overseas aboard the "big ship" of CNPC Great Wall Drilling Company International.
Good things take time. This Spring Festival coincided with the black swan of the pandemic, which severely disrupted transport and freight and brought great uncertainty. Facing these challenges, the JJC team drew on its own initiative and, whether in training, production and supply or on-site commissioning support, did its utmost to match the customer's pace and make sure the mission was accomplished.
Service engineer Wang Xinhao in particular completed centralized-control training for on-site personnel on two rigs and entered all tool parameters within just five days, ensuring smooth acceptance after commissioning and on-time delivery.

Engineer at Customer Site
Soon our Iron Roughneck arrived in Chad together with the drilling rig, contributing our part to the prosperity of Chad's petroleum industry.

The dedication of the JJC team has also been acknowledged by customers. In May 2020 a letter of thanks from Great Wall Drilling came like a cool breeze into the hearts of the JJC team in the heat of summer. Customer recognition gives us great motivation.

Creating value for our customers is the greatest joy of every JJC member!
