From May 12 to 15, the "2025 Fourth Petroleum and Petrochemical Equipment Industry Science and Technology Conference and Scientific Innovation Achievement Exhibition", hosted by the China Petroleum and Petrochemical Equipment Industry Association, was successfully held in Xi'an. Under the core theme of "innovation-led, technology-strengthened equipment", the conference brought together industry leaders and cutting-edge technology.
As a pioneer in intelligent equipment, Beijing JJC Technology Co., Ltd. presented the new-generation Tripro® intelligent drilling system, the JJC Ground Pipe Handler system, workover automation and other solutions, showing how intelligent drilling innovation drives high-quality development of the oil and gas industry.

The conference announced the 2025 scientific and technological innovation achievements in new products, new technologies and new materials for China's petroleum and petrochemical equipment industry.
With outstanding technical strength and continuous innovation, JJC won honours once again:
The Tripro® intelligent drilling robot cluster system (pipe string automation system) won the first prize for 2025 petroleum and petrochemical equipment scientific and technological innovation.
The hydraulic slips won the third prize for 2025 petroleum and petrochemical equipment scientific and technological innovation.

Mr. Han Shuo, General Manager of JJC's Marketing Center, shared a presentation on "Research and application progress of the JJC intelligent drilling and workover system", covering:
1. Tripro® intelligent drilling system: unmanned drill floor and monkey board operation, with tripping efficiency in casing of up to 25-30 stands/hour;
2. JJC Ground Pipe Handler: unmanned ground operation and automated transport of pipe between the ground and the drill floor, with pipe handling efficiency of up to 60 joints/hour;
3. Automation retrofit solution for mast-type workover rigs: tripping efficiency of up to 25-30 stands/hour;
4. Automation solution for new single-joint workover rigs: pipe handling efficiency of up to 60 joints/hour.
In the future, JJC will continue to uphold the development philosophy of "innovation-driven, technology-led" and work in depth in the petroleum and petrochemical equipment field. Taking this award as a new starting point, we will increase R&D investment, focus on key core technologies, and strive to drive all-round upgrading of oil and gas drilling and production equipment toward unmanned, automated and intelligent operation, contributing outstanding strength to the intelligent development of China's petroleum and petrochemical equipment industry.
