JJC Tripro® System Certified as a Beijing Outstanding New Product

The Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Zhongguancun Science Park Administrative Committee and other departments have jointly published the public list of Beijing's new technologies, new products and new services (20th batch). JJC's self-developed Tripro® intelligent drilling robot cluster system (pipe string automation system) was selected for the list thanks to its innovative technology and advanced nature.

The Tripro® intelligent drilling robot cluster system integrates several advanced intelligent drilling robots with a high-precision, high-efficiency intelligent control system and, combining AI algorithms and machine vision, is widely applicable to onshore and offshore drilling platforms and to extreme temperatures, weather and other harsh conditions. The system turns traditionally heavy, high-risk manual work into intelligent robot operation, improving operating efficiency by 50%-100% over traditional methods while cutting personnel exposure to operating risk by more than 95%. It breaks the traditional trade-off between safety and efficiency, creatively achieving a big improvement in both, and has been successfully applied on many platforms and rigs, winning high praise from customers.
