The Integrated Hydraulic Power Unit supplies hydraulic power to multiple hydraulic devices and tools on offshore drilling platforms or onshore drilling rigs at the same time. The JJC hydraulic power unit features a patented breathing bladder (patent 202121937492.9) that forms a micro-positive-pressure, fully enclosed oil tank. Combined control technologies — unloading overflow constant-pressure control, power control and flow control — deliver high control stiffness, fast dynamic response and energy savings. Temperature control, oil contamination detection and alarm systems, and remote/local control switching are standard across the range. Remote pressure and flow monitoring is optional.

High Reliability

The patented fully enclosed oil tank and breathing capsule design (patent No. 202121937492.9) effectively keeps the hydraulic oil clean and greatly extends the service life of hydraulic components. Standard parts in the electrical control and hydraulic systems come from well-known international brands, giving a lower failure rate.

Fast Dynamic Response

The patented hydraulic control system (patent No. 201520430274.4) combines unloading overflow constant-pressure control, power control and flow control to ensure fast dynamic response and high control stiffness, with low energy consumption and little heat generation when the equipment is on standby.

Energy Saving and Eco-Friendly

The breathing airbag completely isolates the hydraulic oil from outside air, preventing dust and moisture in the ambient air from contaminating and oxidizing it and greatly extending the oil change interval and service life. The control system keeps the oil temperature rise low on standby, cutting overall energy consumption by 80%.

Minimal Leakage

While ensuring dynamic response speed and control stiffness, the system generates little heat; with an adaptive temperature control system, oil temperature remains stable. Imported control manifolds, fittings and lines eliminate hydraulic oil leakage.

High Oil Cleanliness

While the Hydraulic Power Unit is running, the air capsule in the oil tank contracts and expands to keep the pressure inside and outside the tank balanced and to isolate the hydraulic oil from outside air, effectively keeping the oil clean and extending its service life.

Flexible Configuration

Modular skid-mounted design with reserved rig integrated control ports, meeting the needs of new rig construction and in-service rig retrofits. A full product series covers different rigs and configurations, with customized designs available on request.
